Wall Brackets
- Wide range of sizes
- Thermal effective
- Adjustability
- Designed for attachment to concrete, steel or wood framed walls.
- Simple and quick to install

U-kon brackets are designed to simplify and accelerate the process of installing cladding systems.
U-kon clips come in a wide range of sizes to meet all requirements.
U-kon wall brackets are extruded with 6066-T6, aluminum alloy according to DIN EN573.
Thermal isolator provides thermal break to reach a better thermal performance of building
Light - Simple and cost effective systems for lighter facades on lower levels, with normal wind loads.
The key feature of this system group are the L-wall brackets and the T-profile or L-profile which are riveted in the slide points over slotted hole in the wall brackets and in the fixed point over the round holes. (LT - Systems)
Depending to the constructive and static requirements on the facade, we classify our substructure systems and wall brackets into three main groups:
Standard - Systems designed for higher constructive requirements and higher facades, strong wind loads or higher dead load. The characteristics of this group are the U- wall brackets and U-profiles or hat-profiles.
The holding profiles get attached to the wall brackets with the sliding elements, which allow for bigger thermal movements, on the other hand, also for simplified assembly. The adjustment of the profiles is quick and easy and requires rivets in oblong holes without any constraining forces. The sliding element is riveted to the wall bracket. As a simplified version it can also be riveted in the available oblong holes. (ATS - Systems)
High - These systems allow the connection of larger lengths without the between supports. This enables the strengthened multiple compartment profiles and bigger wall brackets.
This system is indispensable in framing constructions without bearing masonry and buildings where the anchoring is only possible in the area of the story ceiling or for other reasons can’t be placed between the wall brackets. (ATS(high)-Systems)
All our wall brackets have three main different sizes
- Large (AD-063/mm or AD-033/mm)
- Medium (AD-061/mm or AD-031/mm)
- Small (AD-062/mm or AD-032/mm)
The vertical profile is fixed to the wall brackets AD-061/mm or AD-031/mm by rivets through the round holes. The wall brackets AD-061/mm or AD-031/mm bracket absorbs both vertical dead loads and horizontal wind loads.
Rivets fixed through the elongated holes connect
the vertical profile to the AD-062/mm or AD-032/mm bracket. Consequently, thermal expansion is not constrained by the support system. The wall brackets AD-062/mm and AD-032/mm flexible point absorbs
windloads only.

To increase installation speed and eliminate two wall brackets in the case to connect two vertical profiles we have wall bracket AD-063/mm or AD-033/mm. The top vertical profile is fixed to the round holes and the bottom profile is fixed to the oval holes. The wall bracket AD-063/mm or AD-033/mm bracket absorbs both vertical dead loads and horizontal wind loads

U-kon wall brackets - Adjustability
All U-kon wall brackets have the ability to adjust a depth of the systems up to 30 mm (1.2").
All U-kon brackets have depth from 50 mm (2") to 280 mm (11").
To increase the total depth or adjustability up to 110 mm (4.4") we use depth extensions for each wall bracket ADu-03x or ADu-06x.
The maximum depth of the system is 554 mm (21.8")

Tumb clamping
It helps installer to hold vertical profile in place and increase installation speed and reduce the labour cost.

Thermal isolator
Thermal isolators separate wall brackets and wall thereby reduce thermal losses and create a better thermal performance of the cladding system.
Each wall bracket has an individual thermal isolator.
